Adios Huggie

Well I felt that I had to put somthing on here about Bob Huggins leaving KSU. I will have to say that I was quite worried when he left as to what it ment for the basketball team. With Huggins leading us….we might get in trouble…but I knew we would win some games. He did take a team that could not play basketball to save their lives under Wolridge and turned them into an actual basketball team. But now that he is gone…..it is time to do somthing with all of these “Huggieville” shirts. According to a local news station in Kansas City, they reported the following: If you have a “Huggieville” shirt and would like to donate it to a local radio station in Manhattan, Kansas, they will then ship and donate them to a local homeless shelter near WVU. This to me sounds like the best idea. Not only is the heartland of America helping out, but also allowing Huggins to see what he left. Also Manahattan stores are now selling a new shirt…”Traitorville”.

Since Huggins is gone….it is time to get over it (unlike the KU fans when Roy Williams left) and welcome our new coach. Coach Frank Martin…..good luck next season!!!
